Booking
- Walk in, or book ahead: on this website you can book any of a therapist's shifts in the next 7 days, or use Telegram or call us.
- After you submit, our front desk confirms the time with you — the booking is set once it's confirmed.
- Being on the roster means she's working that day — not that every time is free. Greyed-out times are already taken.
- No deposit is needed.
- The shop is open until 3am (apartment rooms 10am–10pm). The front desk works until midnight: to book an after-midnight time, contact us before midnight to confirm; from midnight to 3am the desk is off, so just walk in.
Arriving & running late
- Please arrive about 5 minutes early.
- Running late? Message or call us and we'll do our best to hold your spot.
- If you're more than 5 minutes late and haven't contacted us, we may give the time to another customer — we'll still try to fit you in when you arrive.
- If you arrive late and the next booking can't move, your session may need to end at the original time. We'll tell you how long and how much before we start, and you can choose to reschedule instead.
Cancelling & no-shows
- No deposit and no cancellation fee.
- Need to cancel or change? Tell us as early as you can by Telegram or phone — your therapist is keeping that time for you.
- We keep a note of no-shows and last-minute cancellations. If you miss 3 bookings without telling us, our system stops taking bookings under that phone number — if that's a mistake, contact us and a person will review it.
Prices & payment
- See Pricing. The listed price is the full price — no hidden fees.
- Pay by cash or PayID and save $5 on any session.
- We accept cash, card, PayID, bank transfer, WeChat Pay and Alipay. Card, transfer, WeChat Pay and Alipay are charged the listed price.
- If you pay by PayID, the money goes straight to your therapist's own account — our front desk will give you the payee name.
- Prices are in AUD and include GST. Ask the front desk if you need a receipt or tax invoice.
Tips
- Tips are entirely optional — not tipping never affects your service.
- If you'd like to tip, it goes 100% to your therapist — and there's no fee on tips, however you pay.
Health & safety
- If you're pregnant, recently injured or had surgery, have heart or blood-pressure problems or a skin condition, or take medication, tell your therapist before we start. She'll adjust, and may suggest checking with your doctor first.
- You can ask to change the pressure, skip an area or stop at any time. Tell us straight away if anything feels wrong.
- Massage is not a substitute for medical care.
- Fresh linen and towels for every customer.
- No smoking or vaping indoors, including the apartment rooms (Victorian law).
- If someone is clearly drunk or affected by drugs and can't safely have a massage, the therapist may decline or stop.
- If you have accessibility needs, let us know in advance and we'll do our best.
Respect & conduct
- Please respect our therapists and staff. Inappropriate touching, harassment, improper requests or abuse will end the session immediately; serious cases will be reported to police.
- No photos, audio or video recording anywhere in the shop or rooms, and please don't film other customers or staff.
- Please don't ask therapists for personal contact details — all bookings and changes go through the shop.
- We welcome everyone and never refuse service because of age, sex, race, religion, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation or gender identity (see Age for under-18s). We only refuse or end a service because of behaviour, safety, or breaking these rules.
Age
- Because under-18s need a parent's or guardian's consent for massage, a parent or guardian needs to book, consent and come with them.
Feedback & complaints
- If something isn't right, please tell your therapist or the front desk on the spot so we can fix it. You can also contact us afterwards by phone (Reception 10478 888 765Reception 20431 946 806), Telegram or the enquiry form — we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
- We don't give refunds if you simply change your mind. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — if something goes wrong with your service, your rights are not affected by this policy.
- If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (hcc.vic.gov.au, 1300 582 113 — free and confidential) or Consumer Affairs Victoria (consumer.vic.gov.au).
- The General Code of Conduct for health service providers in Victoria: read the Code.
Privacy
- We handle your information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
- What we collect: your name, phone, booking time, therapist and room; your visit, spending, loyalty-stamp and missed-booking history and how you paid; notes our front desk keeps to serve you (such as language, nationality or preferred therapist); health information you tell your therapist; your account and messages if you contact us on Telegram, WeChat or LINE; and the name, contact details and message you send through our enquiry form.
- How: through our website forms, Telegram, WeChat, LINE, phone and in person.
- Why: to arrange and confirm bookings, contact you, provide a safe service, handle payments and complaints, recruit staff, and meet legal obligations. Without a phone number we can't hold a booking for you.
- Who we share it with: your therapist (she needs your booking and any health information you give); the service providers that help us run the business, such as website and server hosting, Telegram, WeChat and LINE; and anyone the law requires. We never sell your information.
- Overseas: our booking system's server is in Singapore, and Telegram, WeChat and LINE process data on servers outside Australia.
- Marketing: roster and promotional posts go only to our Telegram channel, which you see only if you join it — leave the channel any time to stop them. Booking with us doesn't sign you up for promotions, and booking confirmations and reminders never include ads.
- How long: we keep records securely — as Victorian health-records law requires, for at least 7 years after your last visit. Job applications are used only while we consider them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Access, correction and privacy complaints: call us or message us on Telegram — you don't need to come in. We'll acknowledge within 7 days, the manager will handle it, and we'll reply within 30 days. There's no fee to ask.
- Data breaches: if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the OAIC as the law requires.
- Privacy complaints: please contact us first. If you're not satisfied, contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992) or the Health Complaints Commissioner (hcc.vic.gov.au, 1300 582 113).
- Job applicants: please don't send ID, passport or visa numbers through the website. We'll ask you to show your right to work in Australia only if we offer you a role.
